Navigate to "Tenancy details" the click on "Update tenancy details.

Once the required steps have been completed and the information updated please click on “Submit”.

Once this information has been submitted it will be shared with your landlord/agent for approval. Once approved your account will be updated and both you and your landlord/agent will receive an email confirmation. 

Should the landlord/agent reject your request due to an error in your submission you will be notified and you are free to ask us for further assistance on help@creditladder.co.uk or submit a new tenancy amendment if you understand the error.
