Log into your CreditLadder tenant account at https://www.creditladder.co.uk/login then navigate to "Your Tenancy" and "Manage".

Then "Tenancy details" and "Update tenancy details". 

Update the details and click "Submit". 

This request to amend will then go to your landlord/agent for approval. Once approved all will be updated in your account.
