To use the CreditLadder service you log in to your bank account from which you make your rent payments via the Truelayer site. You log in to your bank account using the same information as if you were logging in directly from your banks website. CreditLadder never stores these credentials.
Personal and tenancy details then link your bank and you are signed up in minutes.
