Once your first rent payment has been read it will take approximately 8 weeks for this to appear on your report;

Credit score

  • Equifax and TransUnion are including rental data in their consumer credit score.

  • Your rental payment history will be available to credit providers to help them make more informed lending decisions.

  • It will take time for Experian to create a robust Experian Credit Score based on rental data.
