Navigate to "Your Tenancy " then click on "Manage".
Then click on "Update Tenancy Details" and once you have completed the form click "Submit".
Once this information has been submitted it will be shared with your landlord/agent for review. Once approved your account will be updated and both you and your landlord/agent will receive an email confirmation.
Should the landlord/agent reject your request due to an error in your submission you will be notified and you are free to ask us for further assistance on help@creditladder.co.uk or submit a new tenancy amendment if you understand the error.
