Login to your CreditLadder tenant account at www.creditladder.co.uk. Click on “Your tenancy”, then “Update tenancy details”. Make the edits required and click “Save changes and update your tenancy”. 

For security reasons the edits will go to your landlord/agent for approval. Once approved they will be updated in your account.
