You will need to move house from your CreditLadder tenant account. This can be used when moving to a new rental, to a house that you are buying or if you have recently purchased your first home.

Log in to your CreditLadder account and click on "Move house" under "Rent Reporting.

Follow the steps and once you have submitted the information it will be shared with your current landlord/agent for approval. Once approved your account will be updated and both you and your landlord/agent will receive an email confirmation.

If you are moving to a new rental you have the option of adding the details for rent reporting on that property ongoing.
